2013 - Early Days
Basis was founded to provide efficient technology solutions to create, transform, and accelerate business growth. Our approach, then and now, is to run like a startup - nimble, innovative, and efficient - and to maintain a technology-centric focus at every level for outselves and our clients.
2014 - 2018
Our expertise was quickly recognized, leading to collaborations with multiple startups and established companies. This period was marked by high growth, team expansion, and the opening of our first office in Santa Monica, CA.
2019 - 2020
Basis moved to a new office in Downtown Los Angeles, but was soon faced with the unexpected COVID challenges. We quickly pivoted to remote work and successfully learned to operate as a remote-first company, maintaining our high standard of quality, ensuring team engagement, and customer satisfaction.
2021 - 2022
Basis continued to experience significant growth with increased demand from existing and new clients. During this time, we restructured the business to eliminate services and further focus on technology as our core service. Additionally, Basis launched its subsidiary, GeekSupport, a remote IT support provider for SMBs.
2023 - Forward
Basis has started significant investments in 2023 towards expanding our customer base, developing expertise in emerging technologies, launching new ventures, and expanding our presence globally.
