Problem / NEED
Kindo faced the challenge of acquiring reliable, cost-effective engineers capable of handling complex tasks with a high degree of trust to build custom project management tools for their Enterprise division.
Solution
We emerged as their trusted engineering team for their Enterprise solutions.
By exploring custom LLM (Large Language Models), RAG (LLM real-time Retrieval of Information), and Multi-Agent LLM models, we were able to build custom features such as Roadmaps, Scheduling, and Budgeting that have essentially automated the need for a project manager.
RESULTS
We became Kindo’s primary partner for enterprise engineering, delivering an efficient and accurate project management solution, marking a significant improvement in project efficiency and effectiveness.
